2026-05-30	D *****	While I mostly like playing the game, it often cheats me out of the rewards that are promised. For instance it will say that I have like several hours to start 10 new games with friends, so I do as it says and after being "out" those 10 boards I do not get the reward promised. I tried going to the "help and support" link but it does not work. I am done spending money on this game! <<<<<>>>>> The Kryss support team has made the problem right and awarded me the reward as was due. THX!

2026-05-21	Gi*****	My games won't load sometimes. I click on an in-progress game and I just get a spinning circle. Sometimes watching my daily games ads will get things moving but more often than not, I have to keep closing and restarting. I think it might be the challenge items at the top making the game "get stuck". Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help either.

2026-04-22	De*****	I'm about to give up but I really like this game but on every ad that sends me to Google play it crashes and then I lose my reward. I watched at least 4 ads today and got nothing so I gave up playing. I don't mind the ads for rewards but I'm not getting any. One day it's fine and the next it's a nightmare. : Edit Super fast response problem solved and I was given 15 game boards and 300 coins in compensation. Upgraded to 5 stars ⭐ Ty guys 😁
