KI-ta

KI-ta helps early childhood educators capture everyday observations in seconds and automatically generate structured discussion sheets for parent-teacher conferences.

Easily record observations

Document relevant situations directly in your daily childcare routine and assign them to appropriate developmental areas and keywords. This keeps important observations clearly assigned to a child and readily available at any time.

Automatically generate discussion sheets

KI-ta structures the documented observations and creates a discussion sheet as the basis for the next parent-teacher conference. This eliminates the tedious task of gathering individual observations.

Developed for childcare centers

• Manage groups and children clearly
• Quickly document observations
• Use categories and keywords for structuring
• Track development based on documented observations
• Automatically generate structured discussion sheets
• Download discussion sheets as documents

Data protection considered from the start

KI-ta was specifically developed for use in childcare centers. The application is based on GDPR-compliant development and data storage within the EU.

Support for Early Childhood Educators

KI-ta assists in processing documented observations. The pedagogical assessment and responsibility always remain with the educator.

From everyday observations to preparing for parent-teacher conferences – KI-ta reduces the documentation workload and frees up more time for what matters most: the children.
