Vehicle Documentation: Submission of vehicle registration (Istimara), insurance details, and vehicle photos (model, color, and plate number).

Background Verification: Manual review of all submitted documents to ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian transport regulations.

Location Transparency
JJ Partner collects precise location data to enable real-time trip tracking, route optimization, and accurate ETA updates for passengers. Location data is collected from the start of the journey until drop-off, even when the app is closed or not in use, to ensure passenger safety and service reliability.
