Impulso+

Impulso+ is the app to track your daily health and readiness more clearly.

With it, you monitor health metrics using two data sources:

• Google Health (Health Connect) — works without any additional hardware

• Impulso+ wristband via Bluetooth — optional; when connected, it expands the available metrics

With Impulso+ you can:

• Track health metrics (sleep, steps, calories, resting heart rate, HRV, and blood pressure, when available in the data source)

• View your daily readiness level and progress

• Log check-ins and gain more awareness of your routine

• Gain practical insight to support healthier habits

Note: Some advanced metrics (such as HRV and blood pressure) depend on support from the connected wearable device or Google Health sources.
