Hublic

Hublic is a platform for managing public works projects that connects planning to on-site execution. Record the Daily Work Log (RDO), track tasks, physical schedules, measurements, and reports all in one application.

The team records the execution of the work with GPS check-in, photos, checklists, and notes, even without internet access. All information is automatically organized and synchronized when the connection is restored.

Field records automatically feed the measurement report, with traceability by date, location, and evidence, reducing rework and facilitating approval by the supervisor.

Hublic also integrates contract management, work items, finances, teams, permissions, Excel and PDF reports, and artificial intelligence to identify delays, cost deviations, and risks during project execution.
