Homato

homato is the employee app for the homato hotel management system.

It simplifies the daily work routine of hotel staff—time clock,
shift schedule, vacation and sick leave notifications all in a user-friendly, diary-like interface.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Time clock: Clock in and out directly from your smartphone, with
a pause function and live status of your working hours.

• Shift diary: Your planned shifts for the coming weeks, with
notes from management and color-coding for each shift template.

• Shift swap: Swap shifts directly with colleagues or offer your shift
in the marketplace—manager approval included.

• Sick leave notification: Quickly report your absence, including a photo of your sick note.

You can mark the end of your sick leave yourself.

• Time clock correction: Forgot to clock in? Request a correction, and your manager will
review it.

• Absences: Submit vacation and special leave requests and track their status.

• Team tab: Who's working with you today?

• Push notifications: Approval decisions, shift changes,

swap requests.

KIOSK MODE FOR THE HOTEL

Hotel tablets can be set up as a shared clock-in/clock-out station — with PIN-based employee login, offline queue for unreliable Wi-Fi, and optional lock-task mode.

DATA PROTECTION
