2024-03-17	Th*****	UPDATE: No charge since 1/10 review. 😩 Tryied logging in every so often for another 2 full months w/the hope that it'd go past the login screen... to no avail, unfortunately. Developers had more than ample time to resolve issues & get the app properly working again. Uninstalling & placing in the 'dead apps' folder. ☹️ I'm sure everyone would've greatly appreciated a heads up so they could've withdrawn their earned Hexa instead of feeling that they wasted their time.

2024-03-15	Ah*****	This app has stopped working for over 6 months now. It doesn't respond when you input your login details, it gives you error messages continiously. You try to send message to their help center, it doesn't go. Whats going on with Hexa? After locking in so many hours of mining internet data. Please let them check it out asap. We all thought this was a legit thing. But now it looks, the opposite. The last update we did was V 1.2.48 then in 2022. When we open the app now, what we see is V 0. Why??
This app has stopped working for over 6 months now. It doesn't respond when you input your login details, it gives you error messages continiously. Unfortunately, for the past many, many months I've been unable to log back in after the system logged me out. Go thru Google (as usual) but absolutely nothing happens! Uninstalling right now since it's basically just taking up space. Guess I'll have to just try again after a few more months 🤷‍♀️

2023-09-28	Ka*****	9/18/23 I was automatically logged out & haven't been able toblog back in for a few days now. is this a problem that is going to be fixed? or should I just delete the app & lose everything I've collected? 9/28/23 lowering my rating to 1 star. would give 0 if I could. was able to log in & use it for a few days last week. now I'm apparently logged out again & don't have the option to log in. it's just a screen with the logo on it.

Pressing login has the loading circle but doesn't go anywhere, even resetting my password is not working, google login after clicking my account just goes back to login screen and just stays there. So since the app is pretty much USELESS now, is why I'm putting it down to 1 star. Once they fix it, if they fo fix it my rating will change.

2022-10-21	em*****	I'm giving 2 star because for about 2 Weeks, the app has refused to open or mine and keeps requesting goggle and email login and whenever I attempt to insert my email, it kinda redirects me to re-register as a new user... As a result, I have lost a lot of points from inactivity. Also,I haven't received my token after over 2Months of initiating withdrawal. Still "Pending". What can the dev do to get my mining back on track and credit me..?Until then, my rating remains 2 star.🙄

There is no help option listed on the app- at least that I could find. I reached out only contact I found, and never received response

2022-05-04	st*****	This is an alright app. Use Trust Wallet or Metamask if you're having a problem withdrawing. I don't know what I do with the accumulated hexa, but it's in my wallet so the app does exactly what it intends, it just seems like there's still more to come with this app. Maybe it might pay off later to save up as much HEXA as I can.

First red flag, using the mining boost doesn't get you any more Hexa, daily balance was always the same with or without it. 2nd red flag, they charge you out of your pocket for withdrawals. 3rd red flag, withdrawal didn't even go thru, got an error message. What's the error? Who knows? I'd stay away from this app, seems very much like a scam.
