HandProof - Deposit Protection

Lost your deposit because you have no proof of how a place looked before you moved in? HandProof fixes that.

Take photos when you move in, take photos when you move out — HandProof timestamps every single one and builds you a clear, ready-to-send report. If a landlord tries to blame you for damage that was already there, you have the proof.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Photograph each room (guided checklist, so you never miss a spot)
2. Move out later and do the same
3. Get a side-by-side comparison, before vs after
4. Send the report — done

WORKS FOR MORE THAN APARTMENTS
- Renting a car? Document scratches and dents before you drive off.
- Dropping your car at a repair shop? Photograph it first, so nothing gets blamed on you later.
- Anything else with a deposit — sports gear, a wedding venue, an Airbnb stay — HandProof adapts to it.

YOUR PHOTOS NEVER LEAVE YOUR PHONE
No accounts, no cloud storage, no one looking at your pictures but you. HandProof was built privacy-first from day one.

HANDPROOF PRO (one-time purchase, no subscription)
- Independent proof of date — Sectigo, a Qualified Trust Service Provider under the EU's eIDAS regulation, confirms the date and time — not HandProof. That kind of qualified time stamp carries a legal presumption of date accuracy, recognized across the EU. Verifiable by anyone without our help, even if HandProof stops existing.
- Side-by-side comparison report — the strongest evidence in a dispute
- Full-resolution photo export — a single file ready for a lawyer, insurer, or small claims court

Download HandProof and stop losing money to disputes you can't prove wrong.
