GuideCloud - Tools for Guides

GuideCloud is a tool created for tour guides and tourism companies that need to organize their tours, photos, videos, and itineraries in a practical and professional way.

Lead the tour and take the photos; GuideCloud takes care of the rest.

With GuideCloud, you can start a tour from your Android device, record the route using GPS, organize photos and videos in galleries, and sync the content with your account to share it later with your clients.

MAIN FEATURES

DESIGNED FOR FIELD WORK

GuideCloud is designed to accompany guides on their tours. Once the tour has started, you can focus on providing the best experience for your clients while the app records the necessary information and prepares the content for later synchronization.

SYNC AND OFFLINE WORK

We know that many tours take place in national parks, on trails, in rural areas, and in locations where mobile connectivity may be limited.

GuideCloud can save tour information and content pending synchronization to continue the process when the device regains an internet connection.

GALLERIES FOR YOUR CLIENTS

Organize photos and videos from each experience in separate galleries and generate links that you can share with your clients.

Depending on the features available in your account, galleries can include options such as password protection, expiration dates, downloads, and other management tools.

GPS TRACKING

During an active tour, GuideCloud can use the device's location to record the route taken and associate it with the experience.

Location tracking is used for tour tracking purposes only and is not used for advertising.

FOR GUIDES AND TOUR COMPANIES

GuideCloud can be used by both independent guides and organizations that need a platform to manage content related to their tours.

Your account and available features may depend on your plan or organization.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

GuideCloud uses secure connections to transmit information between the app and our services. Privacy and responsible data handling are integral to the platform's design.
