One big dinner isn't a failure and one light day isn't a win. Chart your last 7, 14 or 30 days and watch the direction instead of the noise. Your calorie and macro targets start from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation and adapt to the energy balance your own data shows — arithmetic, not vibes. Your data is yours: export it whenever you like, and erase yourself completely from Settings → Delete account, which removes your account and everything in it.
