Calorical is a calorie counter, food diary and workout tracker with an AI coach. Track calories and macros, lose weight, maintain or build muscle, with no ads.

Snap it, AI logs it
Take a photo of your plate: AI recognises the foods and estimates portions, and calories come from our food database. You review, adjust and confirm. You can also type or dictate "2 eggs and a slice of toast", photograph a nutrition label or scan a barcode.

Your personal AI coach
• Ask "How much protein do I still need?" or "What should I eat tonight?" and get an answer based on your own diary.
• A daily insight, quick questions and a weekly summary.
• A plan the AI builds for you: a weekly meal plan and a workout split (full body, AB or ABC) that fits your time, equipment and level. Change anything with one request.

Workouts and running
• Workouts tab with guided sessions: demo videos, sets and weights, rest timer and what you did last time.
• GPS run and walk tracking: map, pace, splits and voice cues, even with the screen off.
• Apple Health / Health Connect sync: steps, weight and workouts come in automatically, and runs are saved back.

See your progress
Weight trend, cumulative calorie deficit, streaks, weekly check-ins with measurements and progress photos (kept only on your phone), an eating window for intermittent fasting, and an AI body-fat estimate from photos.

Working with a real coach?
Join with your coach's link and get their meal plan, workouts, classes and chat in the app. Your coach sees only what you choose to share, and you can disconnect any time.

For coaches
A smart work queue, meal and workout builders with 1,000+ exercises, an intake questionnaire with signature, class booking, automatic messages and a team of AI assistants that prepare drafts for you to approve.

Privacy
No ads and no selling of data. Data is shared only with a coach you choose, and you can delete your account from inside the app.
