Gosoft Realty is the official app for clients of real estate companies, construction firms, land development companies, and service providers that use the Gosoft management system. From your mobile phone, easily, quickly, and securely access all your contract information: payment status, installment schedule, receipts, complete history, and company contact information.

HOW TO USE THE APP?

1. Open the app
The first time you open the app, you'll see the complete list of companies that work with Gosoft. If you have a contract with one of them, you can continue.

2. Select your company
Tap the card of the company you have a contract with. Each company displays its logo, name, and country so you can quickly identify it. You can search by name if the list is long.


3. Log in
Enter with two simple pieces of information that only you know:

• Your mobile phone number registered with the company

• Your ID number
There are no complicated passwords to remember or recover.

4. Access your dashboard
Once logged in, you'll see all your current contracts and your personal information. Your session will remain open so you can log in with just one tap next time.

Check each contract with its complete details: contract number, start date, unit or service purchased, total amount, outstanding balance, installments paid, and installments due.

Complete schedule: each installment with due date, amount, interest, and late fees if applicable. You know exactly what's coming and when, without having to call the company.

An organized list of all your payments, including date, receipt number, and amount. It's like a bank statement, but for your contract.

✓ Download individual receipts in PDF format
Download any payment receipt to your phone with a single tap. It's saved in your Downloads folder, ready to open in your favorite PDF viewer.

✓ Download the complete payment history in PDF format
A complete document detailing your contract and all transactions. Useful for accounting, submitting to a bank, or keeping for your personal records.

✓ Share documents
Send any downloaded PDF to WhatsApp, email, Google Drive, or any other app on your phone with a single tap from the system's share menu.

✓ View company information
Address, phone number, and email address are always available. If you need to contact the company, there's no need to look elsewhere.
