Gladiator Fighting Simulator

The ultimate gladiator management simulator. Recruit warriors from across the ancient world, build your ludus, and rise from a struggling local school to the most prestigious gladiator house in Rome.

Take command as a lanista and transform unknown fighters into arena legends. Discover talented recruits, negotiate service agreements, develop their skills, and create spectacular arena programs all while managing finances, staff, facilities, rival schools, and the demands of your gladiators.

DEEP GLADIATOR FIGHT SIMULATION
Watch every battle unfold through a detailed visual fight simulation. Follow each exchange as gladiators attack, defend, tire, suffer injuries, and fight for the crowd’s favor.
Weapon styles, physical attributes, experience, conditioning, morale, and tactical matchups all influence the outcome. Witness decisive knockouts, dramatic comebacks, hard fought verdicts, and unforgettable battles against savage arena beasts.

RECRUIT ACROSS THE ANCIENT WORLD
Send recruiters throughout Italia, Gallia, Hispania, Thracia, Graecia, Germania, Britannia, Aegyptus, Africa, Parthia, and beyond.
Every region produces gladiators with different strengths, backgrounds, fighting styles, ambitions, and potential. Discover unproven prospects, hardened pit fighters, and rare legendary talents capable of carrying your ludus to glory.

BUILD AND MANAGE YOUR LUDUS
Develop every part of your gladiator school. Upgrade your conditioning grounds, infirmary, sparring pits, weapon racks, and training facilities. Hire staff, manage expenses, secure patronage, and decide where to invest your limited resources.
Set individual development plans and improve each gladiator’s power, toughness, speed, agility, weapon skill, defense, footwork, accuracy, and fight sense.

RIVAL LUDI AND SEASONAL CLASSICS
Compete against rival gladiator schools, study their rosters, and build relationships or bitter feuds with their lanistas.
Accept invitations to prestigious Summer and Winter Classics where rival ludi meet on the arena sand. These dangerous contests can bring enormous prestige, but grave injuries and death are possible. Every selection matters.

LOYALTY, FREEDOM, AND REVOLT
Your gladiators are more than numbers on a roster. Each warrior has personal ambitions, morale, loyalty, and a unique path to freedom.
Listen to their requests, make promises, manage disputes, and decide when a gladiator has earned their release. Break your word too often and unrest may spread throughout the ludus. Push the wrong warrior too far and you could face a deadly revolt.
