MOO - Team Pulse

MOO is the daily team-pulse tool for scrum masters, team leads, and engineering managers who want to know how their team is really doing, beyond the standup.

Every day, each member picks one of three iconic shapes:

• Nice (green circle) - things are going well
• Just (orange square) - mixed, neither good nor bad
• Nasty (red triangle) - something is off

…then writes three short lines under each. The team lead sees a single overview: who's where, what's recurring, where the friction is. 30 seconds to capture, 60 seconds to read.

THE ORIGIN STORY

The original MOO was built in 2013 by The Tiger Team at Tieto as an internal tool. We loved the simplicity, three shapes, three columns, one honest answer, and rebuilt it as a modern web, iOS and Android app. The ritual is theirs; the engineering is ours.


PRIVACY

Only members of your project can see your data. No analytics SDKs, no advertising trackers, no session recording. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app. Full policy at getmoo.app/privacy.
