Kenai: Zusammen statt allein

Kenai connects you with people who do the same sport as you—especially if you're new to a city or don't know anyone to get started with.

It's so easy:

• Choose your sport and city

• Join an open group—or create your own activity in seconds

• In the group chat, agree to meet up, and show up. Done.

Which sports are available?

Road cycling, gravel, mountain biking, running, soccer, volleyball, basketball, and CrossFit. And if your sport isn't listed, simply add it yourself—it will appear everywhere under its real name. Whether it's a regular weekly ride or a spontaneous "who's free tonight?"—Kenai makes arranging meetups as easy as sending a WhatsApp message.

Why Kenai?

• Beginners welcome: "No-drop" groups where no one gets left behind.

• Confirmed attendees instead of inactive members: You actively RSVP for each event—the "who's actually coming" indicator is accurate, and there are no empty meetups. Kenai reminds you the day before.

• Never miss a thing: Get notified as soon as an activity for your sport starts happening in your city.

• Group chat for every activity—meeting point, route, and details all in one place.

• Open the meeting point in Google Maps with one tap, add the event to your calendar with another.

• Share routes: Upload a GPX file, and each member downloads it to their own device (Komoot, Garmin, Strava).

• Scheduled groups: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—the schedule automatically renews.

• Friends: Add them as a friend with one tap after your run—and send them private messages.

• Women's and men's groups; private groups are by invitation only.

• Too much chat? Mute individual groups.

Whether you're looking for a workout partner, training partner, or even a whole running group, Kenai connects you with people who have the same plans at the same time.

Kenai is free and ad-free.

Is your city not listed yet? Sign up anyway—we'll prioritize the sports most people are waiting for. Use the feedback form to tell us which sport or city you'd like us to add.
