Protected labour payments
Eligible labour payments use PayScrow, a third-party payment provider. The requester funds the task and releases payment after satisfactory completion using their release code. If there is an issue, the requester can open a dispute instead of releasing payment. GetJabb does not operate an internal wallet or hold user funds.

Worker tools
Workers can set up their service profile, respond to suitable tasks, manage active work and view settlement-backed earnings information.

Trust and support
Identity and service checks may apply. Users can report a problem from a task and access support and policy information in the app.

GetJabb is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Service availability varies by location.
