FocusForge helps you reduce distractions and stay focused by giving you practical tools to manage how you use your phone. You can block selected distracting apps and block websites in supported browsers when you want to stay on task. When you need dedicated focus time, you can start Lock In sessions that limit distractions while still keeping essential phone access available. The app also lets you track streaks, points, achievements, and long-term progress so you can see how your habits improve over time. With optional Usage Access, you can view app usage insights and identify your most used apps. FocusForge also includes accountability tools for additional support and allows you to set recurring schedules and stronger rules when you want more structure in your daily routine.

People can use FocusForge to reduce automatic app checking. As well as make work and study sessions easier to protect, and build more intentional screen habits.

FocusForge is designed for flexible everyday use. Some days you may want a quick focus session. Other days you may want stronger blocking rules and more structure. The app is built to support both.

Transparency matters.
For blocking features to remain enabled, FocusForge uses Android accessibility access to help detect and interrupt selected apps and supported websites.
Optional Usage Access is used only for app usage insights, such as time spent by app.
FocusForge is not designed to read your messages or the text you type, or to view any of the content on your screen. If web blocking is enabled, FocusForge will need to read the URL address bar in order to block websites.
