Flojas Companion

Flojas Companion is the fast, focused helper for existing Premium Flojas members. It handles six simple jobs while detailed scores, trends, Coach, plans, and account management remain in the Flojas web app.

Use Flojas Companion to:
• See your Flojas Bliss Score, Readiness Score, and Metabolic Age at a glance.
• Quickly log water and manually reviewed food and macros.
• Complete Morning Check-in when it is due.
• Receive optional Do-Today reminder notifications.
• Open the Flojas web app securely without repeatedly entering your credentials.
• With your permission, synchronize steps, sleep, heart rate variability (HRV), and VO2 max from Google Health Connect.

Flojas Companion reads only the Health Connect categories you choose and does not write data back to Health Connect. You can change permissions in Android settings. Background synchronization timing depends on Android, Health Connect permissions, and battery settings.

Flojas Companion does not create accounts. Complete registration, onboarding, legal acceptance, and Premium setup in the Flojas web app first. Google sign-in works after that provider is linked to the existing Flojas account.
