Fit+: Fitness, Workout & Diet

Every sport, every level, one plan. Fit+ brings your training, nutrition, recovery and the people who help you into one app.

Run, play football or padel, lift, swim, box or do yoga, solo or with your gym, club or team.

Training for every sport and level
• A 3-minute assessment of your sports, goal, level, training days, equipment and injuries matches you to a starter plan, or your coach builds one for your sport.
• A guided workout player for sets, weight, reps, time, effort and rest, with voice cues.
• See what you did last time, pick up an interrupted workout, and browse an exercise library with cues.
• Home screen widgets show your next workout, today's food and your week.

Nutrition that fits your training
• Choose a nutrition plan for your goal, or follow your nutritionist's plan, which always comes first.
• Log meals by photo, barcode or search, or describe a meal in your own words, and edit anything before you save.
• Daily calorie and macro targets, recipes, and a weekly check-in that suggests new targets for your goal and pace.

Health and recovery
• Bring in steps, workouts, heart rate, sleep and body data from Health Connect, or connect WHOOP.
• A daily readiness score and check-in help you decide whether to push or keep it light.
• See training load, recovery and sleep trends in one place.

Your team: coaches, nutritionists, gyms, clubs and teams
• Find coaches and nutritionists, online or in person, with verified-session reviews.
• Book, reschedule or cancel sessions, and message your team in the app.
• Your coach sets your program and your nutritionist your meal plan. Can't do an exercise or eat a meal? Request a swap.
• Link your gym, club or team by code or search, and check in at the gym with a QR pass.

Community and progress
• Post wins, ask questions and join groups with your gym, club or team.
• Join challenges and events, earn badges, build streaks and track personal records. Leaderboards are opt in.

Your data, your call
• Choose what each coach, nutritionist, gym, club or team can see, and for how long: workouts, nutrition, recovery and heart data, measurements or bookings.
• Stop sharing at any time. Joining a gym, club or team never gives it your health data.

AI Coach, a helper between check-ins
• Ask about today's workout, meals or recovery, by text or voice.
• Get suggested swaps when you're sore, short on time or missing equipment. You approve every change and can share it with your coach.
