In the beginning, i really enjoyed this app and found it very helpful. I really enjoy the mindfulness practices as well as the sessions and already can see a positive change in my mindset. I had a little hiccup in the beginning with continued subscriptions being applied, but after emailing the company, we were able to work through it together, and they were easy to work with to solve it. Fingers crossed that this will help me on my journey.
