To shop for the elderly in France, 95% of carers use blank cheques, credit cards with the code or cash belonging to senior customers. There is no security for anyone, neither for seniors, nor for home helpers, nor for agencies or associations.

Ezio is the solution that allows personal services professionals to secure and track payments during home shopping services and to improve the quality of shopping.

We provide bank cards to associations and agencies that can be managed via an online manager.

Bank cards are used by carers to pay for groceries. After each shopping payment made in store, the AVS who has the bank card receives an SMS asking them to detail for whom they did the shopping by selecting one of the beneficiaries then taking a photo of the receipt, via the Ezio app on their phone

All payments are visible from the Ezio online manager: Name of the AVS, of the customer, amount of the payment, date, photo of the receipt and the status: "incomplete" when the customer is not identified and that there is no digitized receipt, "being reimbursed" once this information is filled in, "reimbursed" once the reimbursement debit has been made.

Once the shopping has been done, the customer's name and the photo of the scanned receipt, the reimbursement of the shopping by the customers then takes place automatically (after SEPA direct debit authorization signed)/

For the sake of transparency, all payments for races and tickets may be accessible to family members or caregivers who have been authorized by the customer,

Finally, the icing on the cake, caregivers can make shopping lists from our mobile application, with real products from more than 5,000 stores, so they never get the wrong product again.
