EvoRent Scan Assist

EvoRent Scan Assist is a companion mobile app for EvoRent agencies.

The app helps agency staff scan or upload customer document images, extract readable text, manually review the result, and save or update client information in the agency’s EvoRent account.

- Scan or upload Moroccan CIN and driving license images
- Auto-fill client information from document images
- Review and edit extracted data before saving
- Search existing customers before creating a new record
- Create or update customer records in EvoRent
- Upload customer document images to the agency account
- Save customer information with or without documents
- View Scan Assist credit balance
- Support for French, Arabic, and English

EvoRent Scan Assist is designed for data entry assistance. Agency staff remain responsible for reviewing all extracted information before saving it.

The app does not include payment or credit recharge inside Android. Scan Assist credits are managed through the EvoRent web dashboard.
