Europa Community Service

Digital services for the citizens of Casalnuovo di Napoli, developed by students and teachers of ISIS Europe, as part of the Service Learning Europa Community Service project.
Services available:
- Territorial services: multimedia maps with information on municipal offices, transport, pharmacies and public utility facilities;
- Digital services: tutorial for the use of the Electronic Identity Card, the SPID and the IO app;
- Safe on the Web: information sheets, intended for parents and adults in general, on the safe and informed use of social networks and the most popular Web platforms by minors;
- School in navigation: information and contacts on all the educational institutions in the area;
- Public Relations Office: this is an automated system that allows citizens to acquire information by communicating with a ChatBot-
