A COMPLETE DAILY RHYTHM:
First Light (morning devotion) offers Scripture, reflection, and a short prayer to begin the day in faith and love.

Day’s End (evening devotion) offers Scripture, reflection, an examen-style review of the day, and a closing prayer, entrusting your life to God’s mercy and rest.

The goal is simple consistency, a few unhurried minutes at dawn and dusk, repeated day after day.

Sacred Hours follows the seasons and holy days of the Church year so daily devotion is formed by holy time rather than generic themes.
