No es posible la actualización y peor aún para tramitar el carné es toda una odisea, hasta ahora no puedo, solo te deja poner una estrella sino no pondría nada

Si me deja pagar normal la armada, pero hace una horas tube que actualizarlo para hacer el tramite del carnet, pero al queré colocar la foto el símbolo de fotografía parece no funcionar ahora, ya que no se puede colocar una nueva foto para el carnet.
