Only been using for a couple of months. However, new start for my adored fur baby from the 01/01/25, and myself. Great App and has all the needs to add my other pets (exotics) with the reasonable monthly prescription to check the health and wellbeing of all.

I purchased the premium annual in October 2024 and I'm adding family members, and it's wanting them to buy premium. I already bought premium. Why is this doing this!!! I cabt find a help contact anywhere.
