I used this app in the past but lately it has been terrible. I ordered a cleaning and for some reason Diem started charging before the service happened!! The cleaner cancelled 30 mins before the appointment, I asked for a refund and 22 days later I still have not received anything!

Horrible, if I could give zero stars I would. Diemer came 30 minS late and on top of that didn't come prepared with the tools needed for the job. He put so many holes in my wall trying to find A stud because yep you guessed it, he didn't have a stud finder with him. So a whole 2 hours wasted trying to hang a 65" tv on the wall which was NEVER done. Contact customer service for a refund since no work was done and they just gave me the run around without helping at all. If you use them, GOOD LUCK!
