These people are fraud, I paid for a cleaning service, they've sent no one and also charged me. After repetitive call for last 6 months, they haven't gave my money back. NEVER use their services.

I used this app in the past but lately it has been terrible. I ordered a cleaning and for some reason Diem started charging before the service happened!! The cleaner cancelled 30 mins before the appointment, I asked for a refund and 22 days later I still have not received anything!
