2024-12-19	Lo*****	I have been using it for over five years. I have broken cellphones and lost data 2x in that time and Diary Pro dancers my data. That's priceless. It's also easier to find data than in hand written journals. I can search calender and quickly find what I'm looking for.

2024-12-07	Su*****	Update: Waaa!! Been collecting for 10 years now it is not compatible with my new phone. Sucks Suits my needs just fine. One thing I would like are cute little weather symbols. Sun, cloud, rain, storm, windy. I appreciate the way you have the weather on there but it just has for the moment. Some days it's sunny, rainy and stormy all in one day. Disappointed when getting a new phone it wouldn't restore my photos but did save my data

2024-11-29	SE*****	Doesn't work on Google pixel 7 pro. Paid for pro version but I can't open any of my entries on my new phone. I want to download my entries and I've contacted the developer numerous times. They do but answer I'VE CONTACTED GOOGLE AND THEY DON'T HELP ME SO I'M NOT GETTING ANY HELP FROM ANYONE.

I have the paid version and obviously many functions are not working anymore and I keep getting error messages that the app "is NOT optimized for the latest version of android". It's 2024 now, and still no updates on this app. I sent an email to the developer with no response. I keep getting error messages when I make entries.

2024-02-15	Ed*****	Been using pro version for years. Wonderful app. Lately, backup no longer works. Can not sync with other devices. Also, website doesn't load. I guess if you get a new phone you start over. Don't know what to think. App still is listed in app store. No developer support.

The one feature that makes it a four star instead of a five-star is the fact that printing the entries is not a choice with this app. I use this app for entries about my nieces children. We have custody of them. I log in trees about when my niece visits or does not visit, helps or does not help etc. I may need to print those entries for court one day and there is no real good way to do it. At the print feature on and this will be a five-start app.

I got a message that the App. had been hacked and that as soon as they can star another App. or fix this one they would let us know. I had all my personal sign ins in this App. and it looks like I have lost it all. I paid for the Pro Diary and enjoyed using it very much. If you can't fix the problem, I expect my money back.

2022-12-24	Da*****	I had the same problem of not being able to log in after my phone had an update. I was able to fix the login problem by changing the settings in my phone that allowed sharing within my phones apps. Hope this information will help someone else get back into their account. Feeling like I had lost 10 years of journaling can't be taken lightly. We need better support from the developers of this app.

2022-12-09	St*****	Update removed my data! I started with the free version then paid for the upgrade to unlock features. The app worked fine. I tried to make an entry today. a notice said the app was made to work with a previous version. I agreed to the terms. I attempted to review my entries and they were gone! Whats the purpose of archiving if it will fail? Very disappointed

2022-11-11	an*****	I've used this app for years. To log information for day to day. Suddenly it stopped opening. I tried to see if I can get it back through other means, but couldn't. I even tried to see if I can restart password, and couldn't. Please, if you're getting this don't get app. Even then don't fall into the mistake of mine to pay for this app as well.
