CupNoteCellar: Tasting Journal

CupNoteCellar is a tasting journal for wine and coffee — one notebook for both, with a flavor wheel, 48 aroma tags and an offline cellar that works with the phone in airplane mode. Score what you drink, watch your palate trends move, and keep every bottle and bag you own in one place.

TASTING JOURNAL FOR WINE AND COFFEE
• One sheet format for both rituals, so a Gamay and a Yirgacheffe sit side by side in the same journal.
• Record producer, region, vintage or roast date, varietal or origin, and what you paid.
• Write as much or as little as you like — a line, or three paragraphs.
• Star the ones worth repeating and find them again in a tap.

FLAVOR WHEEL SCORING ON FIVE AXES
• Body, acidity, sweetness, grip and finish, scored 0 to 5.
• The flavor wheel draws the shape of every sheet, so two coffees are easy to compare at a glance.
• Your average structure builds up across everything you log.

AROMA TAGS AND A REFERENCE LIBRARY
• 48 aroma tags across six families — fruit, floral, earth, spice, roast and more.
• A built-in library of 60 grape varieties and coffee origins to read up on while you taste.
• Serving tips and a daily library card, if you want the nudge.

YOUR CELLAR, TRACKED
• Log what you are holding: quantity, purchase date, storage spot, and whether it has been opened.
• Link a bottle to the sheet you wrote when you finally drank it.
• Twelve quiet milestones mark the habit as it builds.

PALATE TRENDS OVER TIME
• Sheets per month, score trend, aroma families and average structure, over a 3, 6 or 12 month window.
• See which aroma family you reach for most, and what your highest scores have in common.

OFFLINE TASTING NOTES — NO WIFI NEEDED
• Everything runs on the device. No account, no sign-in, no sync, no network requests at all.
• Your notes, your cellar and your trends stay on your phone and go nowhere else.

The app carries no advertising, sells nothing inside it and asks for no account.

CupNoteCellar starts you with a dozen worked sheets so the wheel and the charts have something to show before you write your first word.
