No juzgo la atención de la gente de CrestaNevada, que se portan bien, sino la app. Abrí un caso para mi coche y, pese a que activé las notificaciones, no me llegó nada. Al querer responder, no aparecen las letras al escribir, es como si escribiese en letras blancas sobre fondo blanco. En cuanto le doy a enviar, ya aparecen mis mensajes. Menos mal que la gente de CrestaNevada accedió a mantener la comunicación por correo electrónico y no usar la app 👌
