When we arrive at the hospital, hospital staff ignores the online booked patients and prioritizes the offline booked patients only. It is better to avoid the use of this app or instruct the hospital staff to behave humanely.

It offers flexibility and convenience for doctors. The support staff is too quick for requests to change the OPD schedule on a particular day if need arises. There are occasional hassles for patients while booking appointments when the slots are just opened due to bandwidth problems. The Qup team has reduced this problem to some extent recently

2023-03-10	Pr*****	Worst experience to me. Doctor was not present at the clinic. address mentioned in application is either not up to date or false. Booking appointment was not helpful. No one books appointment for casual (just for fun) visit to doctor. Customer care number was also not answered. Hope application developer team will address this issue seriously.

2023-02-13	Aa*****	Terrible UI & horrible UX. App takes ages to load and simple functions like editing your booked appointment it is a task due to the frequent crashes. Help videos do not load correctly or glitch out midway and the app literally has no logical flow. Also, the home screen can be better used to show key info. Needs a complete overhaul as in its current form it looks and functions like a Beta version (or worse). Good call on getting doctors to push this because as a consumer I'd never download it.

2022-10-25	sa*****	Very poor app, I have tried several days on same timing when the slot booking open for my Doctor's appointment but it never show booking slot open and within a second it shows only all slots are booked... I have asked Dr also to look in this issue as in emergency also we are struggling for an appointment..

2022-09-07	VA*****	Worst app. During booking time it's misbehaving and once slot full then it's started working properly. Poor application. If appointment done then, it's giving continuously large tone which was not stopped at all unless we need to restart phone. Ridiculous
