2026-08-27	Ni*****	how about dont steal money from your sellers on cards sold & marked as sale completed. i was a paid user of this app for years and ill never use it again. they'd rather argue about why I didn't respond to an email notification in time (I have a life/dont open collx weekly) than read the messages sent to support by both the buyer and seller that the buyer received the card but the card was marked usps for additional postage due. so no system in place for what would seem a super common issue

2026-08-27	Bu*****	Horrible customer service, takes days to weeks to respond. They don't even warn you before disabling your account. pretty pathetic management to say the least. I will be joining a better, more friendly platform to buy/sell cards.

2026-08-25	To*****	I thought I'd finally found a way to catalog my collection and find out what it would be worth. Boy was i wrong, you scan a card and it comes back with a different player and card # which defeats the purpose of the scanner if you don't have the correct information don't release a app and claim it works it's a slap in the face of true collectors such as myself
