We are a family-run farm dedicated to the production of Atri pecorino, cured meats, meat and aged ricotta with milk from our 80 sheep raised in semi-wild and fed with self-produced organic fodder. The processing takes place with hand milking, natural rennet and without preservatives. We sell directly on the farm, local markets and selected shops.
