CoachHelpr: Football & Hockey

CoachHelpr is the coach app for hockey and football. A good and fair substitution plan, without the puzzle.

The same puzzle every week. Who plays where, who goes to the bench when, and does everyone get enough playing time? CoachHelpr proposes a plan for the whole match and keeps track of playing time. All you have to do is coach. For every hockey and football coach, from youth teams to seniors. Indoor hockey too.

Lineup and planning
• Automatic lineup: a proposal with fair playing time for everyone.
• Substitution plan: per line or per position, with your own swap interval and swap moments.
• Key players, development positions, preferred positions and positions to leave out.
• Keeper and substitute keeper.
• Standard lineup per team.
• Captain: a proposal so everyone gets a fair turn.
• Team rules: the balance between position and playing time, also for Trimhockey.

During the match
• Automatic swaps: swap moments with a countdown, a heads-up beforehand and an alarm, even with the screen locked.
• Confirm swaps.
• Automatic replanning after an injury, someone leaving or a red card.
• Live scoring: goals with scorer, assist and type of goal, plus penalty corners, penalty strokes and penalties.
• Cards with a time penalty: the player leaves the plan and comes back on their own.
• Adjust the lineup live.
• Coach board: a tactics board with discs and drawing.
• Keep score via a link: someone without an account keeps the score.
• Live match page for parents: lineup, score and timeline.

After the match
• Verify playing time, also afterwards.
• Match report.
• Season stats: playing time in %, goals, assists, cards and attendance.

Team and organisation
• Attendance.
• Coach together: several coaches on the same match in real time.
• Invite a fellow coach with a QR code, a link or an email.
• Warnings and changes from fellow coaches.

Your team, set up in no time
• Coaching hockey in the Netherlands? Pick your club and team, and the fixtures and the league table are in straight away. At many clubs you can also fetch your players, the absences and the friendlies.
• Coaching football, playing outside the Netherlands, or does your team have no fixtures? Then you enter your players and matches yourself.

Three things you can count on
• You decide. The app makes a proposal and warns you when something gets lopsided.
• Roughly right is good enough. A minute more or less doesn't matter, a whole season out of balance does.
• It's about your players. We only keep what's needed for the lineup and playing time. Injuries and notes never appear on the shared link.

CoachHelpr works on Android phones and tablets, for hockey and football. The app works online, so you and your fellow coach see exactly the same thing.

CoachHelpr is free for now, with no ads and no tracking.
