Chop it

Chop it plans your dinners, writes the shopping list and remembers what is in your kitchen, so the weekly shop takes minutes instead of an evening.

PLAN YOUR WEEK, FREE
With a free account, tell Chef IQ what your week looks like and get five choices for every dinner, picked from over 1,300 tested recipes. Keep the ones you fancy, reroll the ones you don't, and save weeks you want to cook again.

ONE LIST, BY AISLE
Every dinner you choose rolls into one shopping list, grouped by aisle, with what you already have left off. Take one clear list to the shop, or search each line at Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, Ocado and Waitrose.

KNOW WHAT'S IN YOUR FRIDGE
Keep a Pantry of your fridge, freezer and cupboards. Snap a photo of a shop or a veg box and Chop it counts it in. Cooking a dinner takes its ingredients off again.

ALL YOUR RECIPES, ONE PLACE
Save recipes from websites and social links, from photos of a cookbook page, or write your own. They come back in British English with UK quantities, beside a library you can browse by style, cuisine and diet.

MAKE ME A RECIPE
Tap the veg you have, a protein and a style, and get a new dinner written for you, with its photo.

COOK MODE
Step by step, with timers, and the screen stays on.

YOUR WEEK, IN BALANCE
See protein, fibre and plant variety across the week before you shop.
