The app enables easy appointment bookings—either with your preferred practitioner or the next available slot—and supports booking on behalf of others.

Additional features include secure messaging with your GP team, video consultations, repeat medication requests with status tracking and payment options, and appointment reminders. Authentication is simplified via passcode or biometric recognition, while data sharing with other healthcare providers is optional and controlled by you.
