CareFlow — Paciente

CareFlow Patient is the app for those who are treated at a clinic that uses the CareFlow platform. It brings together appointments, payments, and clinic communications in one place, eliminating paper and phone calls.

Access is created by your clinic. Upon registration, the reception will provide your access email and a temporary password; on your first access, you set your own password and can see which clinic the invitation came from. There is no public registration in the app.

YOUR APPOINTMENTS
• View your next appointment highlighted, with date, time, professional, and service
• View your entire history, from most recent to oldest
• Get directions to the clinic on the map, using the registered address
• Request a rescheduling by choosing the date and up to two times that suit you; the app only shows truly available times in the professional's schedule
• Cancel when needed, with an optional justification; Reception is notified immediately

PAYMENTS
• Track open, paid, and overdue charges
• View the amount, date of service, and professional for each one
• Send proof of payment directly through the app, via camera, or through the gallery
• Track when the clinic confirms payment

ANNOUNCEMENTS
• Receive notices and messages sent by your clinic
• Mark as read and consult whenever you want

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
You only see your own data. The application communicates with the server via an encrypted connection, and access is protected by rules that isolate each clinic and each patient. Your password is personal: not even the clinic has access to it after the first access.

This application is not an emergency service and does not replace medical care. In case of emergency, seek the nearest health service or call SAMU (192).
