IDGate ID Reader is a legal guest check-in assistant application developed for hotel and hospitality businesses, used by staff.

WHAT IT DOES
• Reads MRZ (Machine Readable Zone) information from passports and ID cards in seconds using the device's camera. • Transfers the read guest information to the hotel's existing reservation/PMS system, speeding up legal accommodation registration and reducing manual entry errors. • Supports individual or batch (multiple guest) scanning flows.

WHO IS IT FOR?
This application is for internal use by hotel staff only; it is not intended for general consumers. To use it, you need to log in with an account associated with your business's PMS software. Accounts cannot be created within the application.
