Your SOPs, recipes and opening procedures, searchable. Staff can ask a question in plain language and get an answer with the source it came from.

Post once to the whole team or to a single store, and see who has read it.

SHARED STORE TABLETS
Put Butters on a tablet at the counter. It asks who completed each task, so the record still names a person rather than a device.

OVERSIGHT WITHOUT MICROMANAGING
Weekly summaries by store and by area. Reporting is aggregated, and Butters does not rank or score staff.

HOW ACCOUNTS WORK
Butters is invite only. Your manager or owner creates your account. There is no public sign-up, so if you have downloaded this without an invite you will not be able to sign in.

PRIVACY
Butters is a workplace tool. Your employer decides how it is used and what is recorded. Data is stored in Canada.
