The knowledge base is a learning platform where the experience and knowledge of the company is stored.

In it you can place materials for the adaptation of new employees; employment/vacation/sick leave/salary data; job descriptions and rules of conduct in the office; training materials for different departments and specialists: how to hire employees, how to communicate with clients, how to draw up contracts; advice on organizing remote work; regulations; innovations in the company and so on.

The data in the knowledge base is structured in such a way as to help employees find answers to their questions or train new employees without the constant intervention of a training specialist.

The knowledge base contains an internal academy, which will allow you to monitor the progress of students in training, assign them articles, assignments, or an entire course to study, which you can also create according to your needs.

In addition to the academy, you are given the opportunity to create various articles and assignments, add new employees and categories, edit access levels to your knowledge base, and completely customize its design for yourself, right down to color and font size.
