To augment is to supplement: that is exactly what this app is for. Your stack stops being a pile of jars and a vague memory of what to take when. It becomes a clean, time-blocked daily schedule you can check off, with the timing and the follow-through built in.

Augment is a tracker and a reference, not an advisor. It never recommends a compound, a dose or a health effect. You own every entry; the app just organises it and shows you what your own data says.

FIVE TABS, ONE PROTOCOL
- Today: a live schedule that counts toward your next dose and lays the day out in time-blocked slots. A press marks a dose taken, with a haptic.
- Stack: your library, grouped by category. Each compound carries its dose, schedule, food rule and supply runway. A curated catalogue seeds sensible defaults you can edit.
- Timing: how the compounds in your stack relate, what to separate, what works together, and when to take each. Every card is drawn from a curated, cited dataset and shows its evidence level and source. It never guesses.
- Effects: log how you feel and what your bloodwork shows, then see how it tracks against changes in your stack. A correlation read of your own logs, explicit that it describes, never proves cause, and honest when there is not enough data.
- Insights: your protocol at a glance, monthly cost, reorder runway and adherence, plus a plain-text export to share with your doctor.

THE FREE VERSION IS A REAL TRACKER
The daily schedule, dose check-off, your stack, reminders, inventory runway and basic adherence are free, with no ads, ever. Free is a working tracker, not a teaser.
