Arligo

Arligo is the delivery operations platform of Arli's Trans GmbH. It brings restaurants, couriers and dispatchers together in one app — from the moment an order arrives to the moment it is handed over at the door.

Access is limited to registered partners and staff. An approved Arligo account is required.

FOR COURIERS
• Receive delivery offers in real time and accept with one tap
• Map view of every pickup and drop-off point
• Confirm pickup and delivery with a QR scan or a delivery PIN
• Attach a proof-of-delivery photo where it is required
• Follow your shifts, completed deliveries and earnings
• Upload and renew your documents without paperwork
• Report an accident or open a support ticket from inside the app

FOR RESTAURANTS
• See incoming orders as they arrive and set the preparation time
• Mark an order ready and have a courier assigned automatically
• Keep your menu and opening details up to date
• Follow every order through to delivery

FOR DISPATCHERS
• Live map of every courier on shift and every open order
• Reassign, prioritise or re-dispatch an order at any time
• Message couriers and restaurants directly
• Work through support tickets and incident reports in one queue

PRIVACY
Location is collected only while you are on shift, and is used to dispatch and follow deliveries. Identity documents and delivery photos are stored encrypted and served through expiring links. You can request deletion of your account and your data at any time from Account → Delete account, or at https://arligo.app/support/#delete-account
