• ArcMates does not sell admission; organizers manage tickets and availability

JOIN FANDOM ROOMS

• Search the title directory to find supported anime in the ArcMates catalog
• Each title offers four curated, moderated channels: Main Lounge, First Watch, Episode Talk, and Theories & Lore
• Clear spoiler labels and join warnings help you choose the right conversation
• Rooms are available only to signed-in eligible adult members; posts show your display name and can link to your profile
• Report messages or profiles, block members, and leave any channel at any time
• Fandom Room posts do not send push notifications or enter the personal chat inbox

FIND FRIENDS, DATING, OR BOTH

• Open Shared Arcs and join the opt-in Arc Finder. No Con, Event, activity, or plan is required
• Friends and Dating have separate five-profile waves and independent Regen allowances
• Friends applies your saved Friends gender preference and shows adults open to Friends
• Dating applies your saved age and gender boundary and shows adults open to Dating
• Fresh eligible people first; familiar profiles only if needed; Top Sync only within the freshest available tier
• Compare pair-specific Arc Sync using approved public titles, genres, and optional alignment signals only
• See optional Hero/Villain chemistry such as Rival Found, Arc Nemesis, Hero Alliance, or Mastermind Duo
• Open a full profile and send one private Connect request
• The other member’s reciprocal intent, age, gender, approximate area, availability, communication, spoiler, and social preferences are checked when Connect is sent
• If those private checks do not pass, the sender sees only that the profile is unavailable and the other member is not notified
• New Connect requests let the recipient immediately review the sender’s approved public profile
• Accept to open the same private chat immediately, or pass privately, report, or block
• Friends and Dating-capable connections both open one neutral chat after mutual acceptance; optional private choices never block messaging
• Optionally add a shared activity, Con, or Event when context would help
• Arc Sync never scores popularity, rejections, appearance, sensitive traits, or paid boosts

KEEP CREWS AND CHAT IN COMMUNITY

• Open Community for Crew Chats and authorized Con, Event, and Crew conversations
• Start Crew Chats for convention weekends and community plans

JOIN OR HOST EVENTS

• Find or host watch nights, cosplay meetups, manga clubs, game nights, and con meetups
• Use capacity, waitlist, invitation, external registration, and visibility controls

PRIVACY AND SAFETY

• Arc Finder directory visibility is a separate 18+ opt-in and turns off in Incognito mode
• Exact Friends and Dating preferences are not shown on profile cards; roster eligibility can still reflect your selected lane boundary
• Member location stays approximate; reciprocal Connect checks and continuation choices are not exposed individually
• Exact Event venues and street addresses are shown only to the host and members with a current Going RSVP; other in-person views show only the general city or region
• Online-room access is shown only to the host and members with a current Going RSVP
• Report, block, notification, privacy, and account-deletion controls are available in the app
