Storybloom: Story Book

Storybloom is a read-aloud story book for children aged 2 to 10. Every story is a classic — folk tales, nursery rhymes, fables, and short literary classics that have been loved for generations, retold in gentle, age-appropriate language.

Stories that grow with your child

The library is organised into five reading tiers so your child always sees age-appropriate stories:

• Toddler (2–3) — short nursery rhymes such as Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, The Itsy Bitsy Spider, and Five Little Ducks.
• Kindergarten (4–5) — picture-book retellings of The Three Little Pigs, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, and The Gingerbread Man.
• Early Reader (6–7) — slightly longer Aesop's fables and folk tales such as The Boy Who Cried Wolf.
• Chapter (8–10) — classic myths and legends like King Midas and the Golden Touch.
• Classics (10+) — short literary classics for confident young readers.

Listen and read along

Tap the speaker on any page to have it read aloud. The narrator slows down for younger tiers and gradually picks up pace as your child grows. Character dialogue is voiced with a different pitch from the narration, so each story feels like a bedtime story told by someone who loves it.

Four languages, one library

Storybloom is available in English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Arabic. Switch the language at any time from the in-app menu and both the text and the narration update together. Arabic stories display right-to-left automatically.

About the stories

Every story in Storybloom is an original retelling of a public-domain work — traditional nursery rhymes, Aesop's fables, the Brothers Grimm, Hans Christian Andersen, and folk tales from around the world. Some endings have been gently softened for the youngest readers.
