As with so many subscription driven apps, they make disengagement much more difficult than enrolling! Some of the touted features don't work, & getting unsubscribed before the due date is hampered , probably purposely. Despite multiple attempts, can't make it work with Consumer Cellular. Overall, the service is not worth the fees, even IF they all worked. & no, I won't be providing details or screen shots; I just want to be free. Seems like a beta offering.
