Editing to add now years later they are emailing me harassing me about taking money from my personal bank account. I initiated a transfer of my money back into my bank account July 2nd. It has yet to clear my account. I have reached out to the support staff and been meet with an auto reply more than once. They are completely unhelpful. I have everything set up for account verification as well, so there's no reason for the delay. Zero stars would be given if possible.

I have been using anchor for the past almost two years now and had a great experience with it, easy to use and understand and was fast for me. Up to about a week, I started to transfer my crypto to a different location and was able to transfer some but then went to do more and they never transferred, now up to today can't log in to my account due to a network error, so essentially locked out from my crypto. Hopefully Anchor is able to fix the issue.
