This application has been designed to facilitate access to our catalogues, clinical records, sampling protocols, material request and sample collection request, among other services, from your mobile device.

- Our catalogues: We have three catalogs (ruminants, swine and food/water). The catalogs consist, first of all, of a complete list of analytical determinations, which includes the objective of analysis, the sample of choice, the technique used and the unit price per analysis. Subsequently, a series of diagnostic panels are presented, which include the analytical determinations that are carried out for each type of syndrome and for which a reduced price has been established compared to that stipulated for each of the unit analyzes.
- Our clinical records: We have six clinical records (general ruminants, general pigs, mastitis ruminants, selective drying ruminants, antibiograms and food/water). The sheets have a fillable pdf form format. Download the file, fill out the form and attach it to the samples and/or send it by email to the laboratory by clicking on the button located on the right side of the form.
- Collection request: allows you to request the collection of samples for shipment to the laboratory with postage due in various ways (by sending email to MRW, calling MRW or calling SEUR). In addition, through the application you can also download the label with our data to paste directly on the package or request personalized labels with the sender and recipient data to facilitate the method of sending samples.
- Material request: Through this button you will be able to see the material we offer for sample collection. In addition, they can request said material with just one click.
- Sampling protocols: A correct method of collecting, packaging and sending samples to the laboratory is essential to avoid possible public health problems (for courier and laboratory operators) as well as for optimal processing and analysis of the samples. The choice of containers and packaging must be made taking into account both ensuring the conservation and integrity of the samples and the safety of handling the package sent to the laboratory. On the other hand, the quality of the analysis will largely depend on the correct choice of the samples and their adequate conservation until they arrive at the laboratory. Through this button you will find all the necessary instructions for the correct taking and sending of samples.
