Al Shifaa App - تطبيق الشفا

Ash-Shifā bi-Taʿrīf Ḥuqūq al-Muṣṭafā ﷺ by Qadi Abū al-Faḍl ʿIyāḍ ibn Mūsā al-Yahṣubī (d. 544 AH) is a celebrated classical work on the honour, virtues, and rights of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. It brings together what the Muslim should know of his noble rank and rights, arranged in four parts.

Al Shifaa App brings the book and its recitation together in one calm, focused experience. The work is recorded by two Moroccan reciters and released in instalments, with the text synchronised to the audio.

■ Listen, read, or follow along
— Listen to the recording on its own.
— Read the fully vocalised text.
— Follow the text line by line as it is recited, keeping your eyes with what you hear.

■ Your daily wird, your khatma
Choose a daily reading time in minutes and let the app spread the book across your days. When you reach your portion, the app lets you know so you can continue or stop there. Reading and listening both count toward your khatma.

■ A documented text, carefully aligned
— The text is based on Dr Nizar Hammadi’s 1444 AH edition and collated letter by letter against a second copy.
— Qur’anic verses follow the Warsh ʿan Nāfiʿ reading, with the muṣḥaf script specified in the app.
— Every recited line is tied to its place in the text, and difficult passages are checked by human listening.

■ Share what you love
Choose one or more lines and turn them into a video in the reciter’s voice, with the words lighting up as they are recited. Nine styles, five typefaces, post or story format, with the option to save it to your device.

■ My reports: speak from the line itself
Found a text error or a timing issue? Report it right where it appears. Follow the report, talk with the team, and read the reply inside the app — no account or email required.

■ More inside
— The interface is available in Arabic, French, and English.
— The Mishkat: a lamp that grows brighter as you return, day after day.
— Short guided tours to help you discover the app step by step.
— Download episodes and listen offline.
— Bookmarks, favourites, and progress tracking.
— Adjustable text size and a night mode for reading after dark.
— The author’s life and works, and an introduction to the book.
— The book’s translation has begun with the author’s introduction in French and English; more will follow, bi idhnillah.
