On your own. Download Acumi, create an account and start recording straight away. Your record belongs to you: build up a picture of how your treatment is going and share it with your GP or clinic whenever you choose.

With your clinic. If your healthcare provider uses Acumi, they will set you up as part of your care. They decide which information matters most for your treatment plan, and your recordings keep them in the picture between appointments.

Started on your own and later joined a clinic that uses Acumi? Connect your account with a code from your care team and carry your record with you.

• Let some of it record itself: import health data automatically from Health Connect on Android and Apple Health on iOS.
• Reflect on your patterns: view charts and trends across 7, 14 or 30 days, with wearable and manual entries clearly distinguished so you always see the full picture.
• Complete questionnaires: work through clinical questionnaires assigned by your care team, guided step by step with progress saved as you go.
• Share the full picture: create reports to bring to appointments or share directly with your GP or care team.
