Features & Capabilities

Ping Toolkit: Network Test Tool is an all-in-one internet quality and diagnostics extension that puts advanced network utilities into a simple UI or terminal. Run ping and latency checks, measure packet loss and jitter, perform speed tests (download/upload in bits or bytes), query public DNS servers, and view IP geolocation. Advanced features include traceroute, MTR, port scans, Wi‑Fi and cellular info, Wi‑Fi device scans, IMEI checks, and a live ping status bar with detailed logs and charts.

Built for gamers and network pros alike, Ping Toolkit shows real-time pings for popular online games (PUBG, Rocket League, League of Legends, Valorant, Dota 2, CS:GO, Fortnite, Overwatch, Apex Legends, and more) and supports a console terminal for custom commands plus a Linux command generator to tweak packet characteristics. Phone permission is only used for mobile data detection; the app works without it.

User Reviews

Reviews largely praise Ping Toolkit for delivering accurate, easy-to-read ping measurements, especially for gaming, and express overall satisfaction with the app’s usefulness and quality. However, there are recurring reliability concerns on some devices (notably Redmi Note 10) where the app crashes or fails to run. A few reviewers raise trust considerations, mentioning accusations of being a fake app or questions about legitimacy. Users also frequently request more game support (Minecraft, Efootball) to expand the gaming section. Core functionality is valued, but device compatibility and feature coverage need improvement.

Pros

Accurate and useful gaming ping measurements
Strong overall quality with positive user sentiment across multiple reviews
Easy to use and clearly useful for monitoring network performance
Positive feedback on gaming-oriented features, such as showing ping for gaming

Cons

Crashes or not working on Redmi Note 10 and possibly other devices
Trust and legitimacy concerns, with some users calling it a fake app while others think it seems legit
Requests for more game additions (e.g., Minecraft and Efootball) indicate missing features
